The Event
For three days, Dam Square sets the stage for MainStage Pride. In the historic heart of Amsterdam, music, performance, culture and community come together at one of Europe's largest Pride events.
International artists, renowned DJs and drag performers share the stage with an audience from every corner of the world. From the first beats in the afternoon to the last dance at night, Dam Square stands entirely for freedom, inclusivity and connection.
MainStage Pride is more than an event. It's a celebration of everything Pride Amsterdam stands for, right in the centre of the city.

MainStage Pride Amsterdam takes place on Dam Square (Dam, 1012 NP Amsterdam), in the historic heart of the city in front of the Royal Palace.
It runs from Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August 2026. Opening hours are Friday 16:00 to 00:00, Saturday 15:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 14:00 to 23:00.
It is organized by Bar Blend B.V., the team behind the bars Blend and Blend XL on the Reguliersdwarsstraat, at the heart of Amsterdam's LGBTQ+ nightlife.
Yes, the festival on Dam Square is free and open to everyone, with more than 10,000 visitors a day. A Pride Deck ticket adds guaranteed access, an elevated view over the square, a private bar and a welcome drink.
General entry to Dam Square is free. Pride Deck tickets are sold online through the official ticket shop linked on this website. We recommend buying in advance.
Entry to the festival is free. The Pride Deck costs €49 on Friday, €59 on Saturday and €75 on Sunday, or €145 for the full weekend.
The arena is 18+. The Sunday community stage on Dam Square is open to all ages until 19:00.
Yes. Raised viewing platforms, step-free routes, accessible toilets and a quiet, low-stimulus room are available all weekend. Companion tickets are free.
The line-up features headliners Jennifer Cooke and Roog, the FEMMAZING acts Bodil Coco, Boogshe and Showgirls Amsterdam, plus Divine, Amari and Nachtvlinder. More names are announced closer to the event.
Dam Square is a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station and is served by trams 2, 11, 12, 13 and 17. It sits in the pedestrian centre of Amsterdam, so walking or cycling is easiest.
Yes. GVB night buses run from Amsterdam Centraal across the city after the trams and metro stop, and Centraal is a short walk from Dam Square.
Small bags are allowed and may be checked at the entrance. Large bags, glass and professional cameras are not permitted. Trained security and stewards are present throughout the festival.
Yes, all bars are cashless. Card and contactless payments only, no cash.

Yes, the official afterparty runs at Blend XL on the Reguliersdwarsstraat.
Yes. MainStage Pride is a safe, inclusive celebration for the whole LGBTQ+ community and allies, with stewards, a welfare team and a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment.
This is Amsterdam, so the show goes on. The stages are covered. Dress for the weather and bring a rain jacket or poncho just in case.
