1. Who we are

MainStage Pride Amsterdam is organised by Bar Blend B.V., the company behind Blend, Blend XL and Montmartre XL on the Reguliersdwarsstraat in Amsterdam. Bar Blend B.V. is the data controller for this website.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form on our site, the name, email address and message you enter are sent securely to our inbox at info@barblend.nl so we can reply. We use this information only to handle your request.
• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can be served securely and reliably.
• Preferences. We store your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for or store any payment details on this website. Ticket purchases are handled by our ticketing partner, described below.

3. Why we use your data and the legal basis

• To answer your questions. When you contact us, based on your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
• To keep the website working and secure. Legitimate interest in a reliable, safe service.
• To remember your preferences. Necessary to provide the experience you asked for.
• To understand how the site is used. Only if you give consent for analytics.

4. Tickets and the event

Tickets for MainStage Pride are sold through our official ticketing partner at shop.ihavegotaticket.com. When you buy a ticket you do so on their platform and under their privacy policy. We receive the order and attendance information we need to run the event, but not your full payment data.

5. Cookies and analytics

We keep cookies to a minimum. The full list is in our Cookie Policy. Any analytics we use is privacy friendly and runs only after you accept cookies. If you decline, no analytics is loaded.

6. Who we share data with

• Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical data needed to serve the site.
• Ticketing. Our ticketing partner for ticket sales.
• Embedded content. Our aftermovie shows a video embedded from Facebook, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Email delivery. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend (Resend, Inc.).

We never sell your personal data.

7. How long we keep data

Contact emails are kept only for as long as we need them to handle your request and our records, and are then deleted. Preferences stored in your browser remain until you clear them.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise a right, email info@barblend.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

10. Children

MainStage Pride is an 18+ event for an adult audience, and this website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent version.
